1. Who we are
Torqio is operated by WS Group Holdings, Inc., 9856 Grand Verde Way, Apt 1313, Boca Raton, FL 33428, USA ("we", "us"). Contact: welysson@me.com.
2. What we collect
Account data: your email address (used for passwordless sign-in). We do not store passwords.
Shop data you enter: shop name, address, phone, logo; client names and contact details; vehicle details (year, make, model, VIN, plate, mileage); estimates, invoices, line items, prices and costs; payments; appointments; photos you upload; digital signatures captured from your customers; time logs.
Customer-link data: when you send a document link to a customer, we record when it was first opened, and any signature, approval or decline the customer submits.
Technical data: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) records standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) for security and to operate the service. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookie-free and does not track users across sites.
We do not collect precise location, contacts from your phone, or advertising identifiers.
3. How we use it
Only to provide the service: store your shop's records, generate PDFs, deliver document links to your customers, process subscription payments, and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
4. Your customers' data
You (the shop) are responsible for the personal data of your customers that you enter into Torqio. We process it on your behalf. Signatures and approvals captured through customer links are stored with the related document as evidence of authorization.
5. Where data lives and who processes it
- Supabase (database and authentication) — servers in the United States.
- Cloudflare (hosting, CDN, analytics).
- Stripe (subscription payments) — we never see or store your card number.
- Resend (transactional email, e.g. sign-in links).
6. Isolation and security
Each shop's data is isolated by row-level security in the database: a shop can only read or write its own records. Customer document links use unguessable tokens and can be revoked. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS). Access to production data is limited to the operator.
7. Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. You may export all your data or delete your account at any time from Settings; deletion removes your shop and all associated records within 30 days from backups.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under GDPR, LGPD and CCPA) you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict or delete your data. Use Settings → Export / Delete account, or email us.
9. Children
Torqio is a business tool and is not directed to anyone under 18.
10. Changes
We will post changes here and update the date above. Material changes will be announced in the app.
