PT: O Torqio é uma ferramenta para a sua oficina fazer orçamento, assinatura, fatura e cobrança. Você é responsável pelo conteúdo que coloca (preços, dados de clientes). Planos: FREE (15 orçamentos/mês), PRO $29/mês, SHOP $59/mês, cobrados pelo Stripe, cancele quando quiser. Não somos parte do contrato entre você e o seu cliente. Serviço fornecido "como está".

Planes: FREE (15 presupuestos/mes), PRO $29/mes, SHOP $59/mes, cobrados por Stripe, cancele cuando quiera. No somos parte del contrato entre usted y su cliente. Servicio "tal cual".
1. Agreement
By creating an account you agree to these Terms with WS Group Holdings, Inc. ("Torqio"). If you use Torqio on behalf of a business, you represent that you can bind that business.
2. The service
Torqio provides software for auto repair shops to create estimates, capture customer signatures, track jobs, issue invoices and record payments. Torqio is a tool; we are not a party to any agreement between you and your customers, and we do not guarantee payment by your customers.
3. Your account
Sign-in is by email link. Keep your email account secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for anyone you add to your shop.
4. Your content
You own the data you enter. You grant us a license to store and process it solely to provide the service. You are responsible for its accuracy and legality, including having the right to store your customers' personal data and to capture their signatures.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Torqio to create false or misleading documents, to violate any law, to send unsolicited messages, to probe or attack the service, or to store content you have no right to store. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. Plans and billing
- FREE — up to 15 documents per calendar month; core features.
- PRO — US$29/month; unlimited documents plus invoicing, payments, signature by link, photos, timer, frequent jobs.
- SHOP — US$59/month; everything in PRO plus schedule, reports, maintenance reminders, multiple users.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Taxes may apply.
7. Availability and support
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Support is by email at welysson@me.com.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time in Settings. We may terminate accounts for breach of these Terms. On termination your data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimer and liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TORQIO'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE FEES YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS OR BUSINESS.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after the update date constitutes acceptance.
